Lately

A break from travel shots perhaps? Lately I've been overwhelmed by assignments. The weather has been up and down - Spring is an interesting season in Melbourne.
In my studying fest getting my hair out of my face accidentally put my hair into a bow, thought it was kind of cool - might have an attempt at a neat, wearable version!

It also happens to be the day of a national election in Australia! I am probably not going to like the outcome but still kind of fun to get to go and vote. Choose wisely kids.

The neat corner of my room ha! All I'm wearing is op shop finds or "thrifted" if you prefer

Leather jacket stolen from the sister, she has a decent collection

I'm doing a first year architecture subject - it's a fair amount of work, lots of assignments

  4. How are you finding studying architecture? It's something I do wish I had a go at when I was younger, it totally fascinates me. Nice bit of op-shopping.

  6. Love the leather jacket on you! Good luck with all your assignments :)

Yep :) my hair is really thick. My mum has always credited me having such thick hair from her eating loads of seaweed whilst she was pregnant with me. I definitely recommend eating loads of seaweed if you want thicker hair! But I don't think you need it, your hair is so pretty.

  7. Thank you for replying to my comment. I think it's something worth pursuing if it really interests and excites you. It's one of the most exciting subjects going I think, the reward must be excellent to see things come to life. Best of luck with your electives.

  8. Love the look of your sketches! In Brisbane I think we've pretty much skipped spring and are straight into summer (which can be a good or bad thing, depending on my mood haha).

  13. Great sketches, enviable hair (both up and down) and a good reminder for me to see if I can find any neat part of my room, let alone an entire corner.
