When did December end?

The first post of 2013 will be about the end of 2012 unfortunately. Since my last post we've had Christmas  new years and the Hobbit made it to Australia. I have been a bit busy doing seasonal things and organising travel things (I leave on the 13! OMG) So first up we have what I wore to the Hobbit. I decided to go as a female hobbit in the end and it came together somehow. I sewed the bodice thing myself from scratch but the other pieces I'm wearing are from my hoard. It was sunny that day, so that's why I'm so squinty above, great photo dad...

I guess I just outed myself as a massive dork...what of it?

My friend is dressed up as a hobbit house, and a hobbit underneath if it is hard to tell! I'm knocking at the door...

I made this dress too ages ago but I think there has been a picture of me in it before!

In other news I miss my Christmas tree as it was real pretty, it got taken down today :( The pets found it entertaining too as you can see below! Funny thing they always do is drink the water from the bottom of the tree! The felines especially, they seem to take pride in drinking water from the most obscure places.

I really want to thank you, my dear, for your understanding, insightful, and very supportive comment on my post about hair loss. It means a great deal to me.

    Happiest weekend wishes,
