Recent times have been blurs of practice essays and revision and research assignments...Sometimes I think I wouldn't mind being very small again, when the most trivial things had the gravest importance and great worldly matters were far beyond my reach or concern. I remember quite distinctly how I would be entirely thoroughly concerned by the game I might have been playing or would take up an often slightly left of centre character (namely Bill Badger of Rupert Bear or dalmatian of sorts) and never falter from it. My commitment to such things was most really amiable.
